BETAflam^® 70 flex – halogen free control and supply cables

BETAflam^® 70 flex are halogen free control and supply cables for medium mechanical stress. Suitable for fixed and flexible laying without strain or forced guidance. Use in dry, moist or wet rooms.

Typical areas of application are conveyor and assembly belts, conveyor systems, production lines, power stations, switching systems, where the flexibility facilitates installation.

BETAflam^® 70 flex R – control cables with reduced wall thicknesses

BETAflam^® 70 flex R are compact control cables with reduced wall thicknesses. Use for low voltage circuits such as in control panel construction or internal wiring of control desks and devices where reduced outer diameter or weight bring an advantage.

BETAflam^® 70 C-flex R – with EMC-optimized shielding

BETAflam^® 70 C-flex R have an EMC-optimized shielding of braided tinned copper. These screens are very effective in electric fields and magnetic fields of medium to high frequency.

BETAflam^® 70 C-flex R control cables are used when physical separation of the high voltage and signal cables is insufficient to avoid disturbance or signal coupling.

BETAflam^® 145 flex – with excellent temperature resistance

BETAflam^® 145 flex cables are halogen free, electron-beam cross-linked temperature resistant cables for connecting lamps, heaters, electrical machines (Class B), switchgear and distributors in apparatus, machine and plant manufacture.

The electron-beam cross-linking prevents the insulation or sheath melting, even when they come into contact with hot soldering irons. The excellent temperature resistance up to 145 °C continuous temperature guarantees a very long life at normal lower operating temperatures. Cables of the BETAflam^® 145 flex series have good weather resistance as well as resistance to temperature, moisture, ozone and ultraviolet light.
